We worked with Courtney and found a home In April 2019. Why Courtney? We met her at an Open House she was hosting in December 2018. Our daughter and son-in-law had met her and they were early in the process of looking for their first home. She was sincere and fun in her development of a business relationship with us. We felt 100% comfortable and we could tell her everything - she listened and took action on each and every request we made. We had a genuine liking of her personality and we decided that we’d be fortunate to work with her and take advantage of her knowledge of the Fort Myers area and all the surrounding communities. When she shared that she grew up here – we knew we could trust her advice on where we should focus our search!

She encouraged us to look up to Punta Gorda and south to Naples as we weren’t sure exactly where to go. She developed a target list of potential properties using our list of must haves and would be nice-to-have attributes for a home. We came to Fort Myers in April for a week and we were focused on finding the house; making/negotiating offers and securing a deal to meet our aggressive timeframe. She stayed in our price range and everything we reviewed was definitely a possibility given our criteria! We wanted to have occupancy in Fort Myers by about the end of June.

She led us to success! She negotiated early occupancy to meet our requirements and she took on the oversight to work with the sellers, the sellers’ agent and the sellers’ attorney to make sure all the requirements were met and we were updated multiple times a week as the sale-to-closing needed extra care due to roof and plumbing replacements that needed to be 100% complete prior to closing. This was no small task…..she was awesome and we'd recommend her to everyone! Courtney was the absolute best realtor we have ever worked with - and we have bought and sold more than 12 homes!
